Celebrate the planet and learn about the diverse wildlife and ecosystems it supports during Cedar Rapids’ EcoFest CR event April 20 at the NewBo City Market.

The “good green fun” includes interactive educational activities, like a traveling “touch tank” of ocean creatures from the National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium in Dubuque, as well as demos and tips for reducing, reusing and recycling consumer waste. Enjoy free live music, a fashion show and local food, too. See the full list of activities online.
