The Hinterland Music Festival is over, but outdoor concerts are still rocking and rolling. The Smashing Pumpkins tour is coming to Sioux City for an Aug. 18 show at Battery Park, the outdoor music venue outside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The Grammy-winning alt rockers just released a new album last week, “Aghori Mhori Mei.” Tickets for general admission or VIP lounge and party tent areas are still available.

Take note: If you can’t make it to Sioux City, just wait a couple of days. Vibrant Music Hall in Des Moines hosts the tour Aug. 20.
